You’ll be managing and optimising Google Ads, diving into keywords, ad copy, data, and conversions to make campaigns hum. You’ll also get stuck into performance reporting and work alongside our Head of Performance to make sure campaigns don’t live in silos.

While this is a role focused on Paid Search, at Luster we’re proudly generalists. A common theme across our team is a genuine interest in learning about all the disciplines that bring campaigns and ideas to life. So, bonus points if you’re the type of operator who sees an opportunity to add value in paid social, creative, SEO, analytics, or whatever you stumble upon, and runs with it.
Luster is super flexible. We’re open to full time, part-time, contractor or casual. We care about results, curiosity and clarity. We don’t care about clock-watching.
